LIVIA MARINI

Livia Marini is a restorer of works of art with a specialization degree in Art Conservation from the I.C.R. Central Institute for Restoration in Rome, Italy.
She has over 20 years of experience in restoring wall paintings, paintings on canvas, paintings on panel, and painted wooden sculptures. Her expertise includes preliminary diagnostic studies and intervention protocols.
Livia has worked on numerous restoration projects in Italy, France, Greece, and the USA. She has collaborated with various institutions, firms, architects, including some periferial bodies of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage.
Marini has also taught restoration classes in English in Serbia and in Italian in a School of Fine Art.
Her restoration projects include works from the 13th to the 20th centuries.
Marini is skilled in graphic and photographic documentation, cleaning, consolidation, plastering, and retouching.
She has worked on various materials and techniques, including fresco, tempera, oil, as well as stone, and wood.
